Digital Business Hub Opens Registration for the “Web 4.0: The Architecture of Digital Ecosystems” Educational Module
On May 21, 2026, registration opened for the first module of the Digital Business Hub (DBH) educational program — “Web 4.0: The Architecture of Digital Ecosystems.”
Launched on the basis of the Academy of Platform-Based Economy, Digital Business Hub marks an important step in developing the educational infrastructure needed to train specialists for the emerging platform-based economy. The program was developed by experts from the Research Center of Blockchain Solutions and Simcord as part of ongoing efforts to build competencies related to the implementation of the Bitbon System start-up.
Digital Business Hub is designed to help build a professional community with a deep understanding of digital ecosystem architecture, the principles of digital trust, the legal aspects of distributed ledger technology, and new approaches to organizing socioeconomic relations in the Web 4.0 environment.
The “Web 4.0: The Architecture of Digital Ecosystems” module includes five courses, 25 lectures, discussion clubs, and open dialogue sessions with the creators of the Bitbon System and Regional Operators. The program will cover the platform-based economy, decentralized information platforms, sovereign identity, personal reputation, digital trust, the legal dimension of digital reality, and the architecture of digital ecosystems.
A particular focus of the program is the practical understanding of how distributed ledger technology influences governance processes in states, businesses, and communities. The module is intended to serve as a tool for developing a talent pool capable of supporting the organizational and legal infrastructure of the platform-based economy in countries around the world.
Digital Business Hub is based on a dream-oriented learning methodology. Under this approach, students first define their own practical goal, then explore the necessary resources and best practices, and finally develop an individual path toward achieving their desired outcome. As a result, learning is presented not only as the acquisition of knowledge, but also as a personal educational journey connected to future professional development.
Training will be delivered through the Academy of Platform-Based Economy via Circle, an integrated educational platform that will provide communication between students and lecturers, as well as access to the class schedule and educational materials. Students will also receive access to a personal AI assistant for completing homework assignments, helping them explore the material in greater depth and study at a comfortable pace.
Each graduate of the program will receive a Digital Business Hub Qualification Profile — digital confirmation of their competencies and reputation. The profile is dynamic and updated in real time, 24/7, which can only be achieved within an ecosystem of digital services. It will also be accompanied by a digital badge, a record of educational outcomes, and professional development recommendations. Together, these elements will reflect each student’s educational path, areas for growth, and possible directions for professional development.
The top graduates will have the opportunity to apply their knowledge within the Bitbon System start-up and become part of the team working on the global infrastructure of the new platform-based economy.
Registration for the “Web 4.0: The Architecture of Digital Ecosystems” module will be open from May 21 through July 31, 2026, inclusive. On July 15, 2026, students will gain access to the Circle educational platform, where the class schedule will be published. On August 1, 2026, an online meeting will be held to introduce the lecturers, discuss organizational matters, and guide participants through the educational route.
Training will begin on August 4, 2026, and continue until October 2026. The program will last approximately 70 hours. Classes will be held on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays and will include lectures, discussion clubs, practical sessions, and independent study.
