Professor Igor Dunayev Presents an Innovative Approach to Education at an International Conference in Luxembourg
As part of Luxembourg’s chairmanship of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe, Professor Igor Dunayev participated in the prestigious international conference “Democracy and Youth in the Digital Age,” held at the University of Luxembourg. This scientific event brought together leading researchers, political figures, and civil society representatives interested in developing innovative approaches to the political participation of youth in the era of digital transformation.
Professor Dunayev made a presentation “Transforming Education Through Technology: How Blockchain and Tokenization of Identity Capital Can Shift the Paradigm of Learning for Youth”. In his speech, he shared the results of many years of research conducted by the Research Center of Economic and Legal Solutions in the Area of Application of Distributed Ledger Technologies, which are part of a comprehensive strategy for the development of dream-focused learning methodology.
“Modern challenges require fundamentally new approaches to education. Blockchain technologies and tokenization of personal capital make it possible to create a decentralized educational ecosystem where every young person can shape an individual learning trajectory in accordance with their dreams and aspirations,” Professor Dunayev noted in his speech.
Special attention in the report was paid to the presentation of in-depth scientific developments of the Research Center and Simcord in the field of public management, social engineering and platform management. These innovative concepts form the basis of the Academy of Platform-Based Economy, which develops a methodology for training specialists of the future.
The conference participants showed considerable interest in Ukrainian developments in the field of new knowledge creation and formation of social trust mechanisms using distributed ledger technologies. The presentation was followed by a lively discussion, during which Professor Dunayev answered numerous questions from colleagues from various European countries.
