Co-developer of socioeconomic analysis for the development of The Kyiv City Development Strategy until 2035 (customer – Kyiv City State Administration, May–August 2020), co-developer of two Kharkiv Region Development Strategies until 2020 and until 2027, as well as two relevant plans for their implementation; chief co-developer of the draft Kharkiv City Development Strategy until 2030 (2012–2013). Expert (one of two) currently representing Ukraine in the Group of Independent experts on the European Charter of Local Self-Government at the Council of Europe (since April 2018); local expert in such USAID programs as: DG-East (2019-2021), DOBRE (2017-2018) and PULSE (2015). Member of the RSA, ERSA (Polish Section) and Giga-net international professional associations.
Editor-in-Chief of two leading Ukrainian journals on public administration (“Pressing Problems of Public Administration” and “Bulletin of Postgraduate Education” (“Management and Administration” series), member of the Editorial Board of the International Journal of Education and Science.
One of the founders and member of the supervisory board of the NGO “Slobozhanski Stratehii” (Kharkiv), member of a number of permanent working groups and economic commissions at the Kharkiv Regional State Administration (since 2015).
Holder of V.N. Karazin science scholarship (in humanities, 2019) by Kharkiv Regional State Administration; award winner of “Higher School of Kharkiv Region — the Best Names” regional competition in the nomination of “Young Scientist” (2005 and 2007); awarded with a Certificate of Appreciation by the Chairman of Kharkiv Regional State Administration (May 2015), awarded with a Diploma by the Public Council at the Kharkiv Regional State Administration (2018), awarded with a Certificate of Honor by the Kharkiv Regional Institute of Public Administration of the National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine (February 2020), etc.
