Dr.Sc. in Law, Professor, Department of Financial Law at the Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University. 20 years of experience in law-making activities in Ukraine, as well as experience in independent reviewing of regulatory legal acts of all branches of government. Winner of the Yaroslav Mudryi Prize (2016) and L.K. Voronova Prize (2019). Awarded with a Diploma by the Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University (2011), Certificates of Appreciation by the Mayor of Kharkiv (2013 and 2019).
Author of more than 140 scientific educational and methodological papers in the field of tax and budget law. Member of editorial boards of several leading Ukrainian legal publishing houses. An active member of several professional legal associations.
Main research interests: essence and classification of financial legal relations, finance law, tax law, budget law, monetary law, international tax law, EU tax law.
